Delivery timescales
All our badge orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days, and clothing/workwear orders are generally dispatched within 10 working days.
The standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or DPD Standard. Both these services are normally delivered within 24 hours (not including Sat or Sun) but it may take longer depending on the Royal Mail and DPD services at that time.
If you select a next day service, please note this means the following day after dispatch, which is NOT always the next day following placing your order. The timing will depend on the stock level, the time of day you placed your order, your responsiveness to artwork/proof approval, and our production timescales.
We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries if they have left our premises on time. Unfortunately sometimes the delivery company just gets it wrong :( We cannot refund the cost of the order based on a late delivery, we can, however refund the cost of the postage.
What do I do if my order does not arrive
You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched - please track your package online in the first instance.
If you paid for a standard delivery service, please allow 7 days before contacting us. Most orders will be delivered one day after dispatch (Monday to Friday) but sometimes they can take a little longer. Please ensure ALL shortages or non-deliveries are reports within 14 days.
If you paid for express delivery, please contact us immediately if it hasn't arrived on time and we can follow it up with the delivery company.
What's the difference between dispatch and delivery
Hopefully just 1 day ;-)
Dispatch is the time it takes us to print and hand your order to the courier/delivery company.
Delivery is how long the courier/delivery company takes to deliver your order.
Returns Info
Most of our items are printed especially for you. We print everything to order, so we cannot simply put your order back on the shelf and resell it.
If your order has been personalised it cannot be returned to us.
If your order has no personalisation and is one of our standard products, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original packaging, and unworn/unused, and we will issue you with a refund.
