Refund policy

For items that are NOT personalised, and are standard products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.. 

Please note that all returned workwear / clothing items will incur a 10% restocking charge and returns shipping cost will be at cost of the buyer.    The only exception to this is if the item received is not the item that was ordered, or if the item is faulty.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@imagin-badges.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the error is ours, e.g. we have resent the wrong item, size, colour etc then we can resend the correct item... and of course this will be completely free of charge.

If the error is yours, e.g. you have ordered the wrong item, colour, size etc then unfortunately there's nothing we can do, due to your order being printed just for you.

Note:  you will receive proofs of your order prior to it being printed.   If the proofs contain errors, and you approve the proofs we cannot be held accountable when the order is printed with incorrect information.  You must check all aspects of the proofs, including your logo/design and text. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, are excluded from the returns policy.   These cannot be returned to us for a refund.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
