Whether it’s badges, photo ID cards or key fobs ordering personalised products is a little different from just adding items to the shopping cart, there are so many things to consider – what about your logo, your names, the badge styling, how long do they take to make, can you have them tomorrow… or maybe even yesterday!   • How to re-order?

    If you have ordered recently and have a user account set up on the website, you can log into your account and click the re-order button next to the most recent order. From here you should be able to alter the quantities and shipping options, upload new photos or names.

  • I have completed artwork – how do I send it?

    The best format to send it in is vector format, editable PDF or an illustrator file. Please also send us any fonts that you require as we can’t always guarantee that we will have them on file.

    This helps us when setting up your artwork for print. You can either upload this on the website or send via email to artwork@imagin-badges.co.uk

     

     

     

     

     

  • Can I have my order tomorrow?

    This is very much dependent on artwork, product and quantity – you are best to get in touch with us and we will be able to advise further.

  • How do I send my data?

    You’ve picked your artwork and it’s now time to send us the information that you would like printed on your badges – but how?! Panic over – we’ve made a handy guide on how best to send us the data.

    Name Badges

    We will need the list of names and job titles to print on the badges.  To make the process as smooth as possible it would be great if you can email us a spreadsheet with the data in there.  The ideal layout is shown below:

    ID Cards

    We will need the list of names and job titles to print on the badges.  To make the process as smooth as possible it would be great if you can email us a spreadsheet with the data in there.  The ideal layout is shown below:

    If you can’t manage this, don’t worry, please send us what you can and we will do the rest.
    Each of our customers have a design appropriate to them, so take a look at your photo ID badge and be sure to supply all of the personal information for the badge wearer.  You may not have expiry dates on your design, but you might have a Staff ID number etc.
    Once you have your information ready, please email it to artwork@imagin-badges.co.uk
    Photos should be emailed to us as jpg files – rename the file to the staff members name.  Our team are experts in dealing with the photos and will take care of cropping the photos to the correct size.

    Accuracy

    It’s important that the information is correct, if we notice that there is a spelling error, we will bring it to your attention, but it is the customers responsibility to supply the correct data.  If the data is supplied to us with errors, the badges will be printed with errors and there will be additional charges to resupply the correct badge.

  • How do I log in?

    You’ve received an email to approve your artwork/proofs, you click on the link and.. Oh no, it’s asking for a username and password – did you ever have one? Have you forgotten?

    Don’t worry! If you emailed us your order we will have created a user account on your behalf.  If you go to: https://imagin-badges.co.uk/my-account  you can login using your email address, then click the ‘lost your password’ link and an email will be sent with instructions to reset it – phew!

    Occasionally (depending on your email settings) our password reset email goes to spam so please check there if you haven’t received it by the time you’ve made your cup of tea and came back.

    Once you are logged in, click on the Account link at the top of the page and your orders will be displayed. Click ‘View’ on the latest order – your new order and the Attachments will be available for download half way down the page.

    Once you have successfully logged in and viewed your artwork/proofs, if you are happy to go ahead, simply select yes from the drop down list and hit save. If you require updates, select not yet, leave any changes in the feedback box, and hit save. This will notify us automatically of your approval.

    Simple as that!

  • What is a Pantone?

    You’ve sent us your design or our artwork gurus have created a masterpiece for you – but you’ve been asked for a Pantone reference. What’s a Pantone? Why have we asked for that?

    1. a system for matching colours, used in specifying printing inks.

    We know this might sound daft, but sometimes the colours print differently to what they appear on your screen. The screen settings (brightness / contrast) etc all affect the way the colours are displayed on your screen, and they might look quite different on ours too!

    We would hate you to be disappointed with the final product so we use pantone colours to check the final printed colour. If you know, or can find out, what pantone colours are used in your logo please email the colour references to us at artwork@imagin-badges.co.uk.

  • How do I send my staff pictures for photo ID badges?

    All the photos should be supplied to us as jpg files – one file for each member of staff. Mobile phone cameras are now such high quality they are perfect for taking your staff photos. Please remember to take the photo against a plain/blank background – we are happy to crop the photos to a head/shoulders shot but we won’t remove any backgrounds from the pictures. You can send them to us via email or, if there are lots of them, you can use an online service like Dropbox, and we can download them from there.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • How long before I receive my goods?

    We aim to dispatch our goods within 3 working days of approval – it is often even quicker than this! The actual manufacturing timescales do vary depending on the order quantity. If you need your products quickly, please let us know and we will pull out all the stops to accommodate your timescales.

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • How much do they cost?

    On the product page you can find all the pricing for the different options and accessories! This will also help you figure out the pricing based on quantities. Delivery costs can be found once you have added items to your basket.
