Whether it’s badges, photo ID cards or key fobs ordering personalised products is a little different from just adding items to the shopping cart, there are so many things to consider – what about your logo, your names, the badge styling, how long do they take to make, can you have them tomorrow… or maybe even yesterday! How do I send my staff pictures for photo ID badges
All the photos should be supplied to us as jpg files – one file for each member of staff. Mobile phone cameras are now such high quality they are perfect for taking your staff photos. Please remember to take the photo against a plain/blank background – we are happy to crop the photos to a head/shoulders shot but we won’t remove any backgrounds from the pictures. You can send them to us via email or, if there are lots of them, you can use an online service like Dropbox, and we can download them from there.
How long before I receive my goods?
We aim to dispatch our goods within 3 working days of approval – it is often even quicker than this! The actual manufacturing timescales do vary depending on the order quantity. If you need your products quickly, we will pull out all the stops to accommodate your timescales.
How much do they cost?
On each of our product pages there is a price chart to help you understand our quantity based prices. Or why not use our calculator to get an instant quote – and don’t worry you don’t need to log in or sign up for newsletters, it can all be done anonymously if you wish.
Can you help me design my badge?
Yes, if you are not sure about your badge design, just leave it up to our expert design team and we will email you a variety of layouts displaying your logo and names.
Can I see the end product before committing to the order?
Yes, we will always send you a PDF proof of your finished badge designs so you have a choice of designs, and you can request amendments to the artwork. Depending on the order quantity and your timescales/deadlines, we can then send you a physical sample of your badge in the post before you proceed with your order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity in place, you can order just 1 badge!
What are your set up fees?
We do not charge any set up or artwork fees. The final print quality does depend on the quality of the logos you provide us with, so always send us the highest quality logo files.
